Ryan Pilcher

Biography:

Ryan Pilcher is a doctoral student in French literature. His research focuses on literature of the nineteenth century, particularly by women writers, representations of the body, temporality and spatiality, gender, and sexuality, through the critical frameworks of phenomenology, queer and feminist theories, and affect theory. He is pursuing a dual-title PhD in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality studies.
